Bad Weather Policy

Your scheduled appointment is very important to us. We will do our best to be here and keep your appointment.

Our policy is: If I don’t feel safe driving, I don’t come in. We expect this policy to apply to our customers as well. We want everyone to stay safe and alive.

You will get a communication on that morning with either a confirmation or to reschedule your appointment. We will do our very best to accommodate your schedule.

Please consider that our service providers all live outside of Woodland Park and have some travel time to get here. Also, the difference in road conditions between W.P. and Cripple Creek (Cascade,Divide) could be 0/5+ inches of snow, ice. …. Roads could be bad in Cascade and clear everywhere else.
